Combined methodology
Α combined methodology that we call "stages/phases”
- Phase 1. Conceive
It is the determination of the specifications and requirements of the product based on the information we obtain from the side of the customer, the company it belongs to, the market it moves in and the regulatory bodies it is subject to. This information defines the basic technical parameters of the product.
At the same time, we start the first initial designs based on the original idea, which define the morphology of the product, its aesthetic approach and its main functionality.
The first drawings are made in pencil and we call them "drafts". These are transformed into first models that we call "pre models" and are produced mainly from wood. If a draft is complex, a combination of other materials such as metallic putty, transparent resins, styrofoam or plastic is also done.
Designing with 3D software on a computer from the prototypes is the next step.
In this phase, research and analysis is often carried out to determine its real needs or to point out any shortcomings, problems or even risks in the context of the market we are moving.
- Phase 2. Design
It is the phase of the final and detailed design of the product that is mainly done
with 3D software for 3D parametric modeling of surfaces based on initial features.
In this phase several times we proceed to create the first original final model. This will either be 3D produced from high quality resin or from the material itself that will make the product.

- Phase 3. Realize
This is where the production process method is defined. It includes the determination of this based on basic parameters of needs such as quantities, budget, target group we address, market conditions and finally the final recipient which is the consumer. The resale price of the product is also a key parameter that is taken into account in combination with the selection method of the product's production.

- Phase 4. Conclusion
In this last phase, basic information regarding the manufactured product and its life circle are highlighted such as repair/service, maintenance, duration of use, upgrade, redesign and finally recycling.
All these phases do not work individually but in combination and are based on a specific project production schedule defined by the requirements and specifications of each project.
